Key Responsibilities:


Analytical Excellence & Strategic ProblemSolving


- Strong analytical and numerical proficiency with the ability to interpret complex digitalmarketing datasets into meaningful business insights.


- Apply a consultantgrade problemsolving approach, identifying patterns, diagnosing issues, structuring opportunities, and shaping clear strategic recommendations.


- Demonstrate a high level of precision and attention to detail across analyses, reports, and sales narratives, ensuring accuracy and strategic clarity.


- Translate data into concise, actionable insights that guide decisionmaking for Sales, Product, Strategy, and Leadership.


GTM & Sales Strategy:


- Build GTM packages, category narratives, and agency roadshow decks.


- Deliver customized client solutions based on objectives and competition.


- Post Eval reports and decks; Campaign delivery analysis.


- Google Ad Manager Campaign Tracking & Monitoring.


Digital Marketing & YouTube Strategy (Core Requirement):


- Develop YouTube monetization strategies and opportunity decks.


- Provide insights using MixPanel, App Annie, ComScore, YouTube Analytics.


- Stay current on OTT, CTV, programmatic, AI-led formats, and digital ad innovations.


Sales Intelligence & Case Studies:


- Manage multiple monthly data requests; execute BLS projects.


- Create case studies and provide platform/category/competition insights.


New Revenue & AdTech:


- Identify new monetizable formats and emerging revenue streams.


- Build competitive counter-packages; maintain producttech feedback loop.


Sports Ownership:


- Lead sales alignment and GTM rollout for Linear + Digital monetization.


- Manage Tech, Broadcast & Ops readiness, adunit testing, and live execution.


- Oversee vendor approvals, agreements, logistics, and leadership reporting.


Revenue Tracking & Competition:


- Track pacing vs targets; drive performance governance with Sales & Finance.


- Maintain competitive benchmarks and response frameworks.


Key Skills:


Digital Marketing proficiency (mandatory)


AdTech mastery


YouTube monetization, OTT video formats, programmatic fundamentals


Strong analytical skills and Strategic POV


Strategic storytelling & deck building


Strong crossfunctional coordination
