YES MADAM is a tech-enabled platform delivering home-based salon & wellness services. As we scale rapidly across India, we're seeking a sharp legal leader to safeguard, structure, and strengthen our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review & negotiate contracts, MoUs, and service/vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, IT, consumer, and data protection laws
- Advise leadership on legal risks, business structuring, and strategic decisions
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters across jurisdictions
- Maintain corporate governance, ROC filings, and legal documentation
- Oversee statutory compliances, licenses, and renewals for PAN-India operations
- Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and external counsels as needed
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM with 5-8 years of experience in legal & compliance functions
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate, commercial, and contract laws
- Prior experience in startups, D2C, or service/tech-based companies preferred
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings
