YES MADAM is a fast-growing D2C tech platform revolutionizing at-home beauty & wellness services. As we scale across India, we're looking for a strategic, growth-focused CFO with strong Startup & IPO experience to drive our next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead company-wide financial strategy, planning & risk management.

- Build robust AOPs, budgets, forecasts & long-term financial models.

- Drive fundraising, investor relations & due diligence processes.

- Strengthen financial governance, compliance & internal control systems.

- Ensure IPO readiness - audit, reporting, SEBI compliance & corporate structuring.

- Manage cash flow, profitability & capital allocation efficiently.

- Create impactful MIS, board decks & investor presentations.

- Partner with Founders & Leadership team on business growth, M&A & expansion strategy.

Requirements:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 10-18 years of experience.

- Proven track record as CFO / Head of Finance in a startup or high-growth D2C/tech company.

- Experience in IPO preparation or listed-company finance preferred.

- Strong exposure to fundraising, investor management & compliance frameworks.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.

- Hands-on leader comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
