
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead for Banking will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent .This role requires collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the banking sector, focusing on both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to define talent requirements, understand departmental needs, and establish recruitment priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices and market insights.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates to build relationships and increase interest in upcoming roles.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 8-13 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably from banking or financial services industry preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies and managing complex hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
