Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head at Rams Creative Technologies.

- The Business Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and performance of a specific business unit within the organization.

- This role involves developing business strategies, implementing initiatives to drive growth and - profitability, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the AI business unit, fostering innovation and growth across AI products and services.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the AI division, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.

- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of AI specialists, researchers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.

- Oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-based solutions, ensuring they meet both client requirements and emerging industry trends.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the AI ecosystem to drive business development and collaboration.

- Ensure financial and operational goals are met within the AI business unit, tracking performance and delivering results.
