About YPITI (Yash Private Industrial Training Institute) Our vision is to enable the overall development and growth of the local youth of the region. This we do by providing quality technical and vocational skills to the youth, and also opening avenues for the employability of the students. Your Key Responsibilities: - Transformation of YPITI into world-class standards. - Advocate for all academic programs, providing leadership to faculty and non-academic staff to ensure consistent quality standards in curriculum and programs that meet the needs of students. - Creating personal transformation in rural youth towards deep professionalism. - Oversee the academic excellence of the Institute and develop long-range plans; budgets; curriculum and program courses - Drive and deliver a cohesive technology into programme education dissemination, administration, and actual translation and commercialisation strategy for the institute. - Build strong industry relationships and networks. - Network nationally with relevant academic, government, and industry partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with the relevant funding bodies, government departments, and policy-makers. - Implement a strong student placement translation strategy to maximize the employability of the participants into Yash Pakka Ltd and company and industry Your Role Profile: - Be oriented towards entrepreneurship and push towards the same. - Be able to transform towards a commercially successful and sustainable model. - Build a business for technical Industrial services to client companies. - Take the strategic lead in delivering the company's industry collaboration, and fore sighting programs. - Design and manage industrial courses relevant to the process-driven/ paper Industry, ensuring that courses and project-based courses are established and coordinated appropriately and that deliverables are met and reported. Person Profile - Must possess a degree in P.hd, M.Tech, B.Tech or equivalent - A person should have a minimum of 25 years of experience and 10 years at the COO level, preferably with international exposure. - An entrepreneurial mindset. - Deep cultural understanding of the demographic region (U.P) will be preferred; Fluency in Hindi is a must, apart from English. - Be comfortable working with millennials, and young energetic students and staff. - Excellent training and - train the trainer- skills will be key in this role. - Strong analytical skills and Interpersonal skills that focus on clarity, simplicity, and results. - Should have the record of transforming an Engineering/Technical training college into an institution of excellence and of national/international repute. - Have a clear understanding and awareness of global training and skilling standards. - High sense of organizational commitment and discipline - Commercializing and securing external income, and increase the institute profitability and return on investment. - Will be target-driven with a good understanding of how companies engage with Technical training institutes/ academic partners - Experience of making the institution distinctly different to attract the best of the students from the market for ensuring 100% admission and placement.
