Role Overview:



- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales (Key Accounts) to lead our global account management, enterprise sales, and customer success functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular domestic and international travel.


The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise sales leader with a strong understanding of the US B2B and SaaS markets.


- You will be responsible for managing and scaling large global accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, building high-performance sales and customer success teams, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across key customer segments.



- This is a senior leadership role with significant P&L responsibility, strategic ownership, and cross-functional impact.



Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Sales Leadership:



- Lead and manage the global Key Accounts Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue, retention, and expansion targets.



- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships, expand engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value.



- Identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Xoxodays product suite with enterprise clients.



- Own the complete sales cycle for key global accountsfrom qualification to negotiation and closure.



Team Management & Performance:



- Build, mentor, and manage large, high-performance sales and customer success teams across geographies.



- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence, ensuring the team performs under high-pressure and dynamic business environments.



- Conduct regular performance reviews, CRM audits, and pipeline forecasts to maintain operational discipline.



Global Account Management:



- Strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and decision-makers across top global accounts.



- Serve as escalation leader for key client concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.



- Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.



Revenue Growth & GTM Execution:



- Drive predictable revenue growth through strategic planning, sales execution, and alignment with company GTM initiatives.



- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning for enterprise customers.



- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive landscape, and business data to shape sales strategy.



Operational Excellence:



- Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and real-time visibility into team performance and sales pipeline.



- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics to guide decision-making and measure team effectiveness.



- Optimize sales processes, methodologies, and training programs to drive efficiency and consistency across teams.



Cross-Functional Collaboration:



- Work closely with leadership and executive teams to contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.



- Align customer success, account management, and sales functions to create a unified customer experience.



- Support global expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities in new regions or sectors.



Qualifications & Requirements:



Experience:



- 10-15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic sales leadership roles.



- Mandatory experience selling into the USA B2B and/or SaaS market, with a proven understanding of enterprise buying and procurement cycles.



- Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and driving performance in fast-paced environments.



Skills & Competencies:



- Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders.



- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



- High proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), pipeline management, and sales analytics.



- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.



- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across complex organizational structures.



Additional Advantages:



- Experience in the loyalty, rewards, or incentives industry is a strong plus.



- Background in scaling sales teams during high-growth phases.



- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results.



Education:



- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.



- MBA preferred (not mandatory).
