Job Description:
Overview:
- Outlets identification to deploy promoters in coordination with sales team.
- Managed promoters and TLs productivity and performance.
- Coordination with respective Sales Team to Execute the Sellout operations.
- Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers.
- Responsible for Promoter hygiene (To be driven through TLs).
- Proficiently Drive Affordability in the respective Zone (Retailer mapping and onboarding with
various finance partners and escalation handling).
- Coordinate with manpower agencies on hiring, exit and payout issues.
- Support internal teams in coordination with various Manpower agencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market.
- Regular Market Visits to Facilitate Sellout Operations.

- Excellent understanding of promoter program and affordability program management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision.
Qualification: Post Graduation/ graduation Experience 8+ years Skills Promoter program management, affordability, Team management, Agency management, competition benchmarking.
Full-time or Part time: Full Time.
Travel: 60%-70%.
