Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Security Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of cybersecurity projects, manage security operations, and ensure effective implementation of information security solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in security delivery management, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end security initiatives, ensuring timely project execution, managing delivery teams, and aligning security solutions with business objectives and organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects and security initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to defined quality standards.

- Manage security delivery operations across multiple projects, clients, and business stakeholders.

- Define delivery plans, project milestones, resource allocation, and implementation strategies.

- Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise security solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies.

- Drive security governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.

- Identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational gaps, and coordinate mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to information security policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

- Work closely with internal IT, infrastructure, application, and business teams to address security requirements.

- Monitor delivery performance through SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and regular reporting.

- Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

- Lead, mentor, and manage security professionals, ensuring effective team performance and capability development.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security delivery processes and operational efficiency.

- Support security audits, assessments, incident management, and remediation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10 - 12 years of overall experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security service delivery.

- Strong experience in security delivery management and end-to-end project execution.

- Good understanding of information security principles, security architecture, and enterprise security frameworks.

- Experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.

- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

- Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, threat management, and incident response.

- Experience in managing security teams, projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, delivery timelines, and escalations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.

- Exposure to cloud security, application security, and infrastructure security.

- Understanding of SIEM, SOC operations, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing processes.

- Experience working in enterprise environments or IT services organizations.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.
