Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Lead IT Recruitment located in Vashi,Navi Mumbai.
- The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for leading the IT recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the team meets its hiring targets.
- Daily tasks will include managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
- The role also involves developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining records.
- Strong team leadership and team management are essential.
Qualifications
- Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills.
- Team Management and Team Leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
