- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our HR Centre of Excellence as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence. - This role is critical in building the Talent Acquisition function and lead the operations in a transforming environment while ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization. TALENT ACQUISITION: - Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and transformation objectives. - Ensure the strategy addresses recruitment needs across all organizational levels and job grades, from entry-level to executive positions. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment plans. - Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a fair and equitable hiring process. - Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth. - Set clear goals and performance metrics for the TA team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. - Negotiate contracts and ensure the effective use of external recruitment resources. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse workforce. - Establish a CoE model for group talent acquisition and operations, ensuring consistency and accountability across all - business units. - Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice. HR OPERATIONS: - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, communicated effectively, and consistently applied across the organization. - Develop and implement SOPs for the talent acquisition process to standardize practices across the organization. - Create SLAs for the TA function while driving process automation to the last mile by implementing HRMS. - Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, including policy designing, review and implementation. - Oversee the management and optimization of HR systems and technologies to enhance service delivery and employee experience. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data, maintaining confidentiality and security and lead compliance with HR-related risk, governance, and audit requirements. - Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead change management initiatives to support the organization through transitions and transformations. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition and HR operations. QUALIFICATION: Post Graduation / MBA in HR from a tier I or tier II college. EXPERIENCE. - Relevant experience of 12 -14 years in human resources, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within talent acquisition and HR operations. - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Experience in managing TA functions in a transforming environment, including leading change management initiatives and adapting strategies to evolving business needs. - Proficient in optimizing HR processes, developing SOPs, and managing SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and excellence with a focus on continuous improvement. - Proficient in using HR technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. - Proven ability to promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. - Experience in optimizing HR processes, developing SOPs, and managing SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. - Proficient in leveraging HR technologies, data analytics, and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and improve TA outcomes.
