About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Logistics Manager with strong experience in transportation, vendor management, and logistics operations. The role involves driving vendor development, managing transport operations, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Manage end-to-end transportation and logistics operations

- Develop and onboard new transport vendors to expand network capabilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and vendors

- Drive vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and service quality

- Monitor and optimize logistics performance, delivery timelines, and service levels

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments and transportation processes

- Track and achieve logistics-related business targets and KPIs

- Analyze market trends and maintain knowledge of the local transport ecosystem

- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics execution

- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with business needs

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or vendor management

- Proven track record in logistics sales or vendor development

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

- Strong understanding of local transport markets and operations

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and logistics operations simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Target-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed business goals

- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments

- Proficiency in basic reporting and operational tracking
