Role Overview:

As a Senior Procurement Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end contract management process for procurement activities, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing value for Worley's projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, legal counsel, and suppliers to develop, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding Worley's interests and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and administer procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and Worley's policies.

- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes and mitigate potential risks.

- Review and analyze contract documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Manage contract changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation and dispute resolution.

- Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in accordance with Worley's record management policies.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to procurement contracts.

- Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex contractual issues and ensure legal compliance.

- Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex procurement contracts.

- Proven expertise in contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
