Location: Churchgate / Hybrid.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years.

Role Overview.

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a dual role 50% recruitment and 50% HR operations.

You'll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding top talent while also managing critical HR functions like employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy execution.

You'll work closely with team leads and the leadership team to strengthen the agency culture and support people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.

Recruitment (50%):

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

- Write and publish compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across digital, creative, and strategy roles.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments.

- Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, database, and analytics to optimize hiring performance.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

HR Generalist (50%):

- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.

- Maintain employee records, databases, and HRIS systems.

- Drive employee engagement through initiatives, events, and regular feedback loops.

- Support performance appraisal cycles and assist with documentation and follow-ups.

- Ensure HR policies are communicated, understood, and implemented consistently.

- Address employee queries related to policies, leaves, and benefits.

- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training, development, and wellness initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.

- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across varied roles.

- Hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management and core HR operations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools; familiarity with using AI in recruitment or HR automation is a plus.
