About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Community Manager to lead operations across our co-working, managed, and enterprise office spaces. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in workspace management, leadership, and client engagement, along with a passion for creating dynamic, member-focused communities.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily operations of co-working, managed, and enterprise office spaces to ensure exceptional client service.

- Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping, security, and facility management teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service excellence.

- Drive on-ground sales by handling walk-in inquiries and converting leads to clients.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IPCs, DPCs, channel partners, aggregators, and vendors.

- Manage onboarding processes, client orientation, and workspace engagement initiatives.

- Proactively address member concerns, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service enhancement.

- Administer vendor contracts, supervise facility management processes, and drive cost optimization strategies.

- Innovate operational processes through automation and the integration of workplace technologies.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Hospitality Management (mandatory)


- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in co-working, managed, or enterprise office environments


Must-Have Skills:


- Strong leadership and people management skills (housekeeping, security, and MEP teams)

- Deep expertise in facility and vendor management

- Proven record in driving operational efficiency and innovation

- Strong walk-in sales ability and client conversion capabilities

- Excellent relationship-building skills with IPCs, DPCs, partners, and vendors

- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities

- Technologically savvy, comfortable with modern workplace tools

- Fluency in Marathi and English (spoken)
