Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze primary and secondary business processes within Workday to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work with various datasets in Workday to ensure accurate and effective HR data management.
- Conduct analysis related to upstream and downstream integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements.
- Distribute HR data effectively across relevant systems and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining functional documentation, process flows, and reports.
- Provide support during Workday upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system and API-related issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training support to end-users.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of API management and integration processes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and tools such as Postman or Fiddler.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting API issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, or Reporting) are a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Workday Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience working with Workday HR modules and data management
