Job Title: PAN INDIA SALES MANAGER

Location: (Pan-India Responsibility)

Reports To: CEO

Looking based in Chennai location only

Role Overview:

- The Vice President - Sales will own and drive end-to-end sales strategy, revenue growth, and sales execution across all Workafella centres.

- This role is responsible for building a high-performance sales organization, strengthening enterprise and strategic partnerships, driving occupancy and revenue targets, and aligning sales efforts with Workafella's long-term growth vision.

- This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, people leadership, and deep experience in complex, multi-location B2B sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Define and execute the overall sales strategy across all centres to achieve aggressive revenue, occupancy, and growth targets.

- Own P&L responsibility for sales performance across cities and centres.

- Drive short-term revenue outcomes while building long-term, scalable sales engines.

- Identify new market opportunities, enterprise segments, and growth channels.

Sales Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-city sales organization, including Sales Managers, Enterprise Sales, and Channel/Alliance teams.

- Set clear KPIs, targets, and accountability frameworks for all sales employees.

- Build a culture of performance, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Work closely with HR and leadership on hiring, training, and succession planning.

Enterprise, Partnerships & Key Accounts:

- Personally manage and close large enterprise, strategic, and multi-location deals.

- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.

- Develop and govern strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and referral ecosystems.

- Ensure contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial structures align with company goals.

Market Intelligence & Business Planning:

- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer analysis to refine positioning.

- Translate insights into actionable sales plans, forecasts, and go-to-market strategies.

- Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting at leadership level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Centre Heads to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.

- Align sales promises with operational delivery to maintain brand credibility and customer satisfaction.

- Support product, pricing, and offering innovation based on market feedback.

Governance & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics, conversion ratios, revenue trends, and ROI.

- Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

- Represent Workafella in key industry forums, events, and strategic meetings.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

- 12-18+ years of progressive sales experience, with significant leadership exposure.

- Proven track record of driving large-scale revenue growth in B2B, real estate, hospitality, or enterprise services.

- Experience managing multi-city or pan-India sales teams.

- Strong exposure to enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and complex deal structures.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

- Exceptional people leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and challenge teams.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, metrics, and performance dashboards.
