Why this role exists?
Wooqer is at a stage where marketing must create demand, not just awareness.
We are looking for a builder-marketer who can sharpen our narrative, activate demand, and make Sales and Customer Success more effective every day. This is not a brand-only or delegation-first role.
The role is hands-on today and designed to evolve into a CMO role over the next 18-24 months for the right leader.
If you like building the engine before scaling the team, this role will feel natural.
What you will own?
Product & Solution Messaging
- Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICF) , personas, and value propositions
- Own product, solution, and use-case messaging across channels
- Translate product capabilities into customer outcomes
Sales & CS Enablement
- Build sales-ready decks, pitch narratives, case studies, and battle cards
- Enable Sales and CS with content that helps them win, expand, and retain
- Be deeply embedded in deal reviews and GTM feedback loops
Demand Generation
- Own inbound demand strategy and execution
- Support outbound motions with campaigns, narratives, and assets
- Identify, test, and scale lead sources with clear ROI visibility
GTM & Internal Alignment
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and CS
- Drive GTM planning, launches, and internal communication
- Establish a strong sales-marketing rhythm and execution cadence
What success looks like
First 90 Days
- Clear ICP, personas, and messaging framework defined
- Sales-ready decks, pitch, and core collateral live
- Key lead sources identified, tested, and activated
- Strong working rhythm with Sales and Product
6-12 Months
- Predictable inbound contribution to pipeline
- Consistent GTM execution and cross-team alignment
- Clear marketing roadmap tied to revenue outcomes
- Hiring plan and org design for the next phase defined
Who should apply
