Sitting at the intersection of strategy, consulting, sales, platform and customer service, the CSM role offers multi-dimensional work within a single day. CSM's at Wooqer help customers succeed through advise, identification of right workApps, at times over-hauling how their current workflow works, spotting product areas of enhancement from use at customers and communicating best practices to your customers from the Wooqer universe. All in a day! About you : - You are in a customer role either at a SaaS company or in consulting for over 3 years. - You have high empathy for customer but an even higher sense of what is right for the customer. - You are a strategist! Problem solver and creative thinker. - You can get your point across firmly and decisively in a conversation or brainstormer. - You can ingest data and identify actions for customer based on the insights. - You graduated at the top 5% of your class at a reputed technology/engineering school.
