Lead Associate Quality Description : Person should have relevant experience of RTR (GL) with excellent communication skills. Should be well versed with entire RTR cycle, Month End Close Activities, Fixed Asset, Reconciliations, Open Items Clearing & should have a good understanding on Excel Below are the Quality specific requirements : - Power point presentation, preparing process reports and share with stakeholders - Review and approve the sampling strategy that suits the business requirement - Decide on the Calibration Process and variance target - Prepare the Quality Standard Document. Ensure that the Quality Process adheres to the Quality Standard - Assist the Operations Team up of customer complaint & resolution process for the teams. - Should be able to do effective root cause analysis with corrective action to reduce the customer complaints - Must have hand on experience in doing reporting using excel and PPT - Mentor team members to improve performance and behavior - Understand VOC and implement actions to improve the performance on them - Participate in WNS BPET initiatives - Deploy standard Quality Framework - Initiate and mentor vertical level initiative - Assist the Operations team during migration in terms of base lining and QA identification - Bachelors Degree in Commerce
