Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter with strong sourcing fundamentals and hands-on experience hiring for Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and AI/ML roles. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on proactive talent mapping and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

- Drive end-to-end hiring for Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technology roles

- Build strong sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and networking

- Execute Boolean searches and advanced sourcing strategies

- Conduct initial screening, technical validation discussions, and cultural fit assessments

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping:

- Develop talent maps for niche skill areas (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, GenAI, LLM, MLOps)

- Conduct competitor mapping and compensation benchmarking

- Map target companies and talent pools; run active & passive outreach at scale with personalization.

- Track hiring trends in the Data & AI ecosystem

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Delivery Leaders

- Provide regular updates on pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, and market insights

- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Process & Metrics:

- Maintain recruitment dashboards and meet defined KPIs (TAT, Cost per Hire, Offer Ratio, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with recruitment governance and documentation standards

- Orchestrate structured interviews, panel readiness, and timely feedback; ensure a frictionless candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-7 years of IT recruitment experience, minimum of two years in HIring for AI / Data Analytics / Data Engineering roles

- Fulltime Engineering or MBA from reputed Institutions

Strong exposure to hiring for:

- Data Engineering (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS/GCP Data Stack)

- Data Analytics / BI (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)

- AI/ML / GenAI roles

- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to close niche positions

- Excellent understanding of IT technology stacks

- Strong screening and candidate evaluation capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment

- Experience working in mid-to-large IT services companies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in mid-to-large IT services companies

- Exposure to global hiring (US/India/APAC markets)

- Experience in hiring for Agentic AI or emerging AI-led transformation roles
