About the Role:


Windowmaker Software is a global leader in software solutions for the window, door, and fa- ade industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to strengthen our global marketing presence and lead coordination between our external marketing agencies. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Windowmaker and the agencies, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help drive our lead generation and brand visibility objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Coordination & Campaign Oversight:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities with external agencies.

- Ensure timely communication, alignment on objectives, GTM goals, and smooth execution of campaigns and lead-generation targets.

- Monitor campaign progress, performance against agreed KPIs, and ROI, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution.

- Review and approve marketing deliverables including content, creatives, ad campaigns, and reports.

Digital Marketing Execution:

- Oversee and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to improve and improve SEO performance to enhance global website visibility and organic traffic.

- Support marketing automation initiatives, CRM integration, and digital touchpoint optimisation.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all digital channels.

Performance Monitoring & Insights:

- Consolidate reports from agencies and internal tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot/CRM reports to measure performance against KPIs.

- Conduct A/B testing and conversion tracking to continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.

- Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Regional Teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and market opportunities.

- Coordinate content creation for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and landing pages.

- Support marketing initiatives such as trade exhibitions, webinars, and partner campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

- Proven track record of managing or collaborating with external marketing agencies.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and project management ability.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in lead generation and content-driven marketing for B2B audiences.

- Familiarity with the construction, fenestration, or manufacturing industries.

- Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.

- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications.
