Role : Enterprise sales head Role & Resposibilities: 1.Enterprise Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing a high-performance sales team focused on selling Telematics/ SAAS solutions to enterprise/mid-level & SME clients for Wheelseye. 2.Primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 3.He/She will be expected to sell companies software solutions to a diverse set of clients in different industries like Cement/ Steel/ E-Commerce/ Logistics/ FMCG/ Retails, etc 4.Achieve Net Volume (Revenue)/ market share targets in each industry (as mentioned above) for Wheelseye by maintaining at least 5X Pipeline to Target ratio. 5.Establish robust Pre-Sales/ Sales & Account Management practices to deliver goals of Enterprise business objectively with data This role entails identifying potential of industries/ vehicle coverage/ penetration of Telematics & targeting achievement of market share. Experience Required: 1. B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales experience is mandatory. 2. Prior experience of handling PnL and elements of PnL- Revenue: Gross, Operating/ Cost: Direct, Variable 3. Should have prior experience in building their own team from scratch- must have dealt in Pre-Sales/ Sales & Account Management practices. 4. Strong numerical & analytical aptitude 5. Good organizational skills in addition to leading from the front including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. 6. At least 8 to 10 years of work experience in Enterprise, Medium accounts & SME Sales, preferably in B2B Software Services/ Ed-Tech/ B2B E-Commerce/ B2B Logistics. 7. Educational Background: Graduation & MBA from good college 8. Should be comfortable in travelling 40% times (minimum 10 to 12 days) during a month to customer locations to assess feedback of current offerings & identifying new opportunities. 9. Ability to get work done via multiple stakeholders- direct team reportees, Other Sales channels in organization, Business Head, Finance, Analytics, Product in the company & vendors outside the company. 10. The ability to understand and analyse financial data. Ability to work with the product team to solve business problems and implement product led solutions for the same.
