Experience : 4 - 8 years

We are looking for a Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to handle day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and team management for a fast-growing e-commerce fashion/lifestyle business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch operations

- Oversee marketplace & D2C order fulfilment (Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart/Ajio)

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts & audits

- Lead warehouse supervisors, pickers, packers & QC teams

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, WMS processes & packing standards

- Drive operational efficiency, safety & SOP compliance

Requirements :

- 4 - 8 years' experience in Fashion/Lifestyle/E-commerce warehousing & fulfilment

- Strong knowledge of WMS, returns, RTV, QC & marketplace operations

- Experience handling large SKU bases (sizes/colours)

- Team management & shift-handling experience
