We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Collections Pod at WeRize. The person will work closely with the collections and operations teams to build tools, systems, and solutions that improve loan recovery efficiency, streamline processes, and support business growth. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the bridge between operations, technology, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the collections team to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and enhance tools/solutions for collections, including dashboards, automated workflows, and customer communication systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Use SQL, Excel, and AI tools to analyze data and drive product decisions.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and roadmaps.
- Track performance metrics to measure impact on collections efficiency and recovery rates.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years in product management.
- Strong track record of working with operations teams; prior experience in lending/fintech preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Jira, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
- Tier 1 college background is strongly preferred.
