- The Inside Sales Manager - Disbursal is responsible for driving loan disbursals by managing the inside sales team, optimizing lead conversions, and ensuring smooth coordination across customers, credit, and operations.
- The role focuses on maximizing disbursal rates, improving customer journeys, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales - Disbursal team to achieve monthly and quarterly disbursal targets.
- Oversee the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursal, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Drive the conversion of approved cases to successful disbursals through efficient coordination with customers, credit, and operations teams.
- Track key performance metrics (leads, approvals, disbursals, TAT) and take timely corrective actions.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and partner channels to ensure smooth and timely disbursals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve disbursal rates and process efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports on team performance and disbursal progress to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or loan disbursal, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably in NBFC/BFSI or fintech.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and other sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
