Job Purpose/ Summary:
- Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes while driving transformation, digitalization, and strategic finance partnerships.
Job Description:
- As a General Manager for COE_R2R_GCC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the financial and operational performance of the organization.
- This includes overseeing the treasury and finance functions, providing thought leadership and expertise, and managing the SAP module.
- You will also be responsible for data analytics, cash flow and fund flow management, budgeting and planning, compliance, and planning and forecasting.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Oversee the treasury and finance functions of the organization, ensuring that all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in the area of finance and operations, driving strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the organization's growth and profitability.
- Manage the SAP module, ensuring its effective use in financial and operational processes.
- Lead data analytics initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that drive decision-making and performance improvement.-
- Manage cash flow and fund flow, ensuring the organization's financial stability and liquidity.
- Oversee budgeting and planning processes, aligning them with the organization's strategic objectives and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, mitigating risks and protecting the organization's reputation.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial forecasts that inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, understanding the market and competitive landscape and making strategic decisions that drive business growth and profitability.
- Foster a global mindset, understanding and navigating the complexities of operating in different markets and cultures.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurship, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving innovation and change.
