Be the voice of the employee and teams and collaborate with the senior leadership on HR and people services for the effectiveness of HR and fulfilment of business needs. 3. Understand, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters which result in improving productivity. 4. Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes. Responsible for continuous improvement of internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale. 5. Drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to organizational design and development at every stage. 6. Accountable for the workforce planning, Talent Attraction, Talent Retention, Talent Management. 7. Own Talent Development & Deployment, facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively and maintaining Talent Density in the organization. 8. Drive the productivity of the organization by tracking the performance periodically with a quarterly documented review and regular feedback sessions. 9. Drive integrity and accountability for execution of HR employee lifecycle processes including, performance management, talent planning and annual merit. Manage the career progression, design/re-design the compensation structure basis the market intelligence. 10. Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices. Employee Insights, analytics, people dashboards to get a sense of employee motivation and hygiene build a good motivation and retention levers. 11. Develop and maintain a high performance culture which is thriving with change and innovation and supports performance excellence, collaboration and accountability. 12. Responsible for engaging employees in the hybrid culture, be seen as a go-to HR implement specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, pulse sessions, VoE initiatives etc.) that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses. 13. Own and execute the L&D initiatives by partnering with the Business Heads to build people capability for future augmented roles. 14. Responsible for identifying the learning needs and assisting in the preparation of the annual learning plan. Facilitate the fulfillment of the identified needs, with a track of average learning hours/ learning person-days per employee. 15. In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance. 16. Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for HR automation, vendor management and satisfaction, and cater to the admin requirements. About you : 1. 9 to 12 years of experience in hands-on in People and Culture; should be comfortable with multiple stakeholder management and dealing ambiguity 2. Experience in working with start-up or a VC backed company is a MUST HAVE 3. Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision 4. Should have the intent to work in a growing and evolving setup, the ability to work in ambiguity 5. Exposure to managing talent management strategy and should have hands on experience in capability development interventions 6.
