THE Role:


Wella South Asia is looking for an experienced HRBP who will create a superior employee experience for all Wella People, setup and institutionalize processes for the organization and partner with the Wella Leadership team to build engagement and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing Employee Life Cycles activities

- Drive HR operational processes and policies towards a higher employee experience

- Manage the sales & education employee experience of the frontline team

- Lead and guide the Regional HRs to drive HR processes for frontline

- Work closely with Payroll vendors, People Operations Team to create a seamless experience for employees

- Drive recruitment, onboarding, internship programs for the organization

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Work closely with the HR Leader and Wella Leadership Team to lead employee engagement actions

- Manage Employee Engagement and Communication

Organization Development & Capability:

- Drive various HR Processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Recognition etc.

- Build and execute the annual training Calendar by identifying training needs internally to connecting with external vendors to meet the needs

Compliance, Budgets & Dashboards:

- HRIS Implementation & Support

- Ensuring Statutory Compliances for the organization

- Preparation of HR Budgets, MIS, Dashboards

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA with 4-7 years of experience

- Experience managing large teams in a large organization (Pref Sales or Supply Chain)

- Experience and know-how to people operations

- Preferable: SAP, Payroll, MIS,

- High on Empathy and inter-personal skills

- Ability to setup process and institutionalize them
