Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact D2C Website Manager to drive online sales growth and customer experience excellence for a leading Retail & Apparel brand. The role focuses on optimizing the digital commerce funnel, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue through strategic ecommerce initiatives.
This position requires strong ownership of website performance, merchandising, promotions, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales and revenue growth through strategic website and funnel optimization.
- Improve key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CLTV, CAC, and ROAS.
- Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to checkout and retention.
- Lead UX improvements and CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and personalization.
- Ensure seamless navigation, site speed, and mobile-first user experience.
- Execute continuous testing and performance improvement cycles.
