Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in Chennai. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's operations, developing strategies to improve business performance, leading and motivating a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance growth, profitability, and brand presence.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing and web solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities.

- Drive business development initiatives, from prospecting to client acquisition and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, problem resolution, and performance tracking.

- Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven leadership and team management experience in a dynamic business environment.

- Strong background in digital marketing, web development, and SEO practices.

- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and business development skills.

- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and identify new growth opportunities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully from initiation to delivery.

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar industry is highly desirable.
