Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho CRM), ensuring data hygiene and workflow automation

- Create and maintain dashboards for sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and campaign performance

- Streamline MQL SQL Deal processes, ensuring timely lead assignment and SLA adherence

- Set up and monitor UTM-based tracking for marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align data and messaging

- Automate reporting and manual tasks via n8n, Zapier, etc.

- Analyze campaign ROI, rep performance, and pipeline velocity


Desired Candidate Profile


- 36 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Revenue Operations

- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus

- Expertise in Zoho CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools

- Knowledge of outbound/email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Mailchimp, LinkedIn automation)

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Comfortable with automation platforms and marketing analytics


Education


UG: B.Tech/B.E., BBA, or equivalent

PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Operations (preferred, not mandatory)
