Job Summary:

- The Branch Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, sales performance, revenue growth, and team development of the assigned branch.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Drive branch-level sales targets for residential and commercial real estate.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branchs market presence.

Branch Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

- Monitor lead generation, site visits, closures, and post-sales processes.

- Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, MIS, and forecasts to HO.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales and support teams.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch-level targets.

- Foster a high-performance and ethical work culture.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Handle high-value clients, escalations, and critical negotiations.

- Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Provide market feedback to management for product and strategy alignment.

- Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Proven expertise in real estate sales and branch operations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics.

- Customer-centric and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA (Preferred).

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
