Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development leader to drive growth in our publishing domain by acquiring new clients in the US, UK, and Middle East. You'll leverage your industry expertise and network to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the publishing industry across the US, UK, and Middle East. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Strategic Planning & Goal setting : To develop and implement strategic plans, to drive company's growth, increase revenue and expand the client base and find out about the new markets. - Identifying client base : Building strong relationships with key publishers and other stakeholders holders to drive business growth thus leading to revenue growth. - Analysis of market trends : Staying update on industry developments, competitor strategies and market shifts. - Collaborate and interact with the production team. - Reporting to CEO : Providing regular updates on business development progress, strategic initiatives and market trends. Requirements: - Proven experience of at least 10 to 20 years in sales/business development within the publishing industry. - Strong network and understanding of the US, UK, and Middle East markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and trends.
