Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, based in New Delhi.

- The Senior Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales, marketing, and customer experience teams and strategies.

- The responsibilities include client relationship management, leading and mentoring team members, driving key performance indicators, managing operational and strategic initiatives, and leveraging data for performance optimization.

- The Senior Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and contributing to organizational growth.

Qualifications:

- 5-12 yrs of experience in activations, concepts and visibility deployment.

- Digital OOH experience is a plus point.

- Team handling experience is a must.

- Pharma experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- The candidate should be from an Agency background only.

- Good MS office skills (Especially PowerPoint and excel proficiency).

- The candidate will be responsible for 2-3 activation clients and will lead the client servicing for them.

- The candidate will be expected to achieve their assigned targets from the clients, mine more business and create a positive perception of CPM at the client side.

- Additionally, the resource will be expected to help in new pitches.

- In addition to client relationship management, the candidate will also have to manage key vendor relationships and ensure accountability.
