Role: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading strategic sales initiatives, closing high-value deals, and mentoring a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or eCommerce domains, and a proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

- Understand customer requirements and identify how WareIQ can add value to their business.

- Pitch WareIQ's fulfilment and logistics solutions to potential clients.

- Build relationships with key decision-makers and present customized fulfilment solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, and Marketing) to ensure alignment on customer needs.

- Maintain accurate records of all conversations, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.

- Support outbound prospecting through research, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, SaaS, supply chain, or eCommerce.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, or Zoho.

- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

- Leadership experience or mentoring exposure is a plus.
