Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Collections Manager for recovering outstanding payments, achieving monthly targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong customer relations.
- This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on recovery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B collections to meet/exceed monthly recovery goals; analyse performance metrics (e.g., Collection Efficiency, bucket resolution) and execute correct actions Customer Accounts & Recovery.
- Responsible to prepare monthly AR Ageing Provision in line with policy.
- The duties include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department.
- Handling escalations & negotiating past due accounts for debt recovery.
- Escalating to seniors/supervisor's irregular cases and seeking help in closing them.
- Visit customer/client locations when required for dispute resolution and overdue payment collection.
- Prepare and maintain monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing provisions as per company policy.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of high-volume corporate collections experience (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho ERP.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and dispute-resolution skills.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, GST, and TDS is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly deadlines.
