About the job: Position Summary: What you'll do? About The Team: Global Procurement is responsible for sourcing of goods and services not for resale (GNFR). This responsibility spans end-to-end procurement; from collaborating with our business partners and developing requirements to negotiating with suppliers to deliver best in class supplier partnerships. Global Procurement adds value through ensuring quality and service levels are met, negotiating savings, driving innovation, adhering to compliance, and focusing on supplier diversity and sustainability. Procurement is responsible for the selection of suppliers and their overall performance on behalf of the business teams we support. About The Position: - The Procurement Supply Chain Automation Director will lead a team with responsibilities to sourcing execution, process excellence, capability development, supplier diversity, sustainability, and Supply Chain Automation Procurement key initiatives. - The Director will support the design, adoption, and ongoing support of the Supply Chain Automation Procurement strategy to achieve excellence in the areas of category management and sourcing, contract management, and supplier management. Minimum Qualifications: Option 1 :Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 6 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field. Option 2: 8 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams/projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cross-functional teams - Masters: Business - CPPM - Certified Professional Purchasing Manager - Certification
