Role Overview:

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and proven Account Manager to manage and grow our key staffing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with deep experience in client management, stakeholder coordination, and driving staffing deliverables. This role requires someone who can build strong client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and act as a bridge between clients and internal recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key IT staffing accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

- Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure timely, high-quality fulfilment of staffing demands.

- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to drive sourcing, screening, and closures as per SLAs.

- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.

- Track, analyse, and report metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, and joining status.

- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts to grow business revenue.

- Handle escalations professionally with a solution-driven approach.

- Ensure compliance with client processes and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment account management.

- Proven experience managing large enterprise or mid-level staffing clients.

- Strong stakeholder management and client handling skills.

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end staffing cycle.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver within deadlines.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ATS/CRM tools.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience handling high-volume staffing requirements.
