This role is about leading a team, driving growth, and owning client outcomes across influencer commerce, brand campaigns, and platform adoption. You will set strategy, manage execution, and ensure profitability while scaling operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: - Lead and mentor a team across affiliate, platform ops, and influencer campaigns. - Define growth strategy for creator monetization, MintLink adoption, and client campaigns. - Own revenue & performance KPIs (GMV, sales uplift, campaign ROI). - Collaborate with leadership on scaling the influencer commerce vertical. Affiliate & Creator Monetization: - Drive large-scale affiliate programs with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms. - Build playbooks for creator onboarding, performance optimization, and retention. - Develop partnerships with marketplaces to expand revenue opportunities. - Track and analyze affiliate data to optimize ROI and creator payouts. Tech Platform (Growth & Operations): - Spearhead growth of tech platform among creators through campaigns, partnerships, and community-building. - Act as the bridge between creators, the product team, and leadership to shape MintLink's roadmap. - Build and scale processes for onboarding, engagement, and support for thousands of creators. - Drive adoption campaigns to makeit the go-to platform for creators. Core Influencer Campaigns (Brand Campaigns): - Oversee end-to-end execution of high-impact influencer campaigns for clients (briefing, negotiation, content reviews, compliance, reporting). - Ensure brand integration quality (script reviews, CTA alignment, compliance with must-haves). - Build strong influencer & agency relationships to ensure reliable execution. - Own campaign P&L - from costing to delivery to reporting. Requirements: - Experience in influencer marketing / affiliate / digital commerce. - Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L. - Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, affiliate models, and creator platforms. - Strong client management & negotiation skills. - Analytical with ability to use data to drive decisions and strategy. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
