
Description:
- Manage and support merchandising and retail planning systems such as Oracle Retail RMS, Assortment Planning, and Merchandise Financial Planning.
- Work with advanced retail tools including SAS Size Optimization / Pack Optimization, BY/JDA Allocation, Forecasting, and Replenishment systems.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
- Create and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates to project leadership.
- Support data analysis and decision-making through insights derived from retail systems.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across functions.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within merchandising and planning functions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with one or more Merchandising/Retail Planning systems (Oracle Retail RMS preferred).
- Strong functional understanding of Assortment Planning, MFP, Allocation, Forecasting, and Replenishment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
Good to Have:
- Functional knowledge of RMS Stock Ledger.
- Experience in Planning & Allocation modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Management, Retail, or a related field.
