Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Lead to drive VRIZEs digital presence and demand generation initiatives.
As a core member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will define and execute data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels, is fluent in emerging MarTech tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will act as both a strategist and hands-on operator, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the companys digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Partner with leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Govern digital marketing best practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Drive organic and inorganic lead generation with focus on pipeline impact and ROI.
- Create and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Content & Brand Engagement
- Partner with content creators on thought leadership, blogs, and multimedia content for brand visibility.
- Ensure strong storytelling and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay on top of trends in AI-driven marketing, personalization, and automation.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Provide strategic guidance to team members while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Act as the single point of contact for escalation and resolution of digital marketing issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Solid understanding of website optimization (CRO, UX, HTML/CSS basics).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to link campaign performance to business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue).
- Exceptional creativity in campaign design with a metric-driven approach to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft messaging across multiple formats.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills; experience managing cross-functional projects
and/or teams.
- Up to date with latest trends in AI, personalization, and digital marketing automation.
