Key Responsibilities: - Provide operational and technical support to an assigned portfolio of clients. - Manage and resolve customer service requests effectively and promptly. - Analyze and evaluate customer needs to offer appropriate solutions. - Develop strong bonds with clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships. - Act as a customer advocate within the company to ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal departments to deliver on customer requirements. - Drive customer retention, renewals, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities. - Manage onboarding of new clients and recurring business processes. - Maintain transparency and build trust with customers through clear communication. What We Are Looking For: - Strong personality with excellent communication skills. - Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical abilities. - Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships. - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams. - Past experience in cross-selling and upselling services. - Process-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple clients. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or IT services. - Technical background (BE/MCA) is an advantage. - Proven skills in customer satisfaction, retention, and service. - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. - Experience in the IT or mobile app development industry is preferred.
