Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Lead and mentor the Business Development team, ensuring strong pipeline management and high-performance execution.

- Manage end-to-end sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and sales process optimization.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

- Identify new business development opportunities across global markets in IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.

- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

- Oversee contract negotiations, proposal presentations, and client onboarding.

- Provide input on market trends, competitive intelligence, and client insights to support strategy refinement.


- Ensure accurate CRM usage, data hygiene, and use of sales analytics for decision-making.

- Represent Vrinsoft in industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically within IT services or technology consulting.

- Proven experience leading BDM teams and driving multi-milliondollar revenue targets.

- Strong expertise in Sales Management, Sales Operations, and client relationship-building.

- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into long-term business engagements.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.

- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
