Looking for candidates based in Bangalore only.

What You'll Do:

- Strategize, plan, and manage all legal actions for loan recovery, including those under the SARFAESI Act, Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Civil Procedure Code, and other applicable laws related to debt recovery.

- Represent the company effectively in various courts, tribunals, and legal forums.

- Coordinate and collaborate closely with empaneled advocates across different regions, providing clear instructions and monitoring their performance.

- Draft, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including demand notices, replies to legal communications, plaints, petitions, affidavits, and other recovery-related documents, ensuring high accuracy and legal compliance.

- Critically evaluate high-risk accounts and non-performing assets (NPAs) to recommend and implement appropriate and effective legal strategies for maximum recovery.

- Maintain a comprehensive Legal Case Management Information System (MIS).

- Accurately track the progress of all legal cases, monitor key milestones, and prepare regular, detailed reports on region-wise legal performance and recovery outcomes for senior management.

What You'll Bring:

- LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution.

- Strong and demonstrable command over the SARFAESI Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and relevant Civil and Criminal procedures pertaining to debt recovery.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal strategies and concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.

- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities to prioritize cases effectively, allocate legal resources efficiently, and make strategic calls in high-stakes situations.

- A high level of organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple legal cases concurrently, meticulously track details, and meet stringent deadlines.

- A proactive and analytical aptitude for problem-solving, enabling you to anticipate potential legal challenges, identify risks, and recommend innovative and practical solutions
