POSITION/ ROLE : Head - FP&A

LOCATION - Mumbai

DEPARTMENT - Corporate Finance

GRADE - Head

KEY PURPOSE:

- The FP&A Manager will be key in overseeing the divisions financial planning and analysis activities, providing forecasts, budgeting, and financial insights to senior leadership team

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Budgeting & Forecasting

1) Preparation and cross-functional collaboration for the annual budgets of the company.

2) Preparation of the rolling forecast of the company basis performance.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

1) Co-ordination for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

2) Preparation of monthly MIS statements Vertical wise P&L, cash flow and Working Capital.

3) Balance Sheet GL Scrutiny and review of schedules.

4) P&L Variance Analysis. Budget V/s Actuals, Review and escalation of exceptional expense items.

5) Preparation of Audit schedules & corporate reporting formats forquarterly and Yearly statutory Audits.

6) Preparation of Tax audit schedules and formats as per corporate requirements

7) Coordination with Internal Audit team & Statutory audit for Compliance confirmations Like ICFR

8) Submission of data details to corporate for Income Tax assessments & GST / Sales Tax assessments.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong analytical skills,

- Sound Accounting Fundamentals

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Experience of working in SAP environment

- Strong Business partnership skills, commercial awareness, business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS - CA Qualified with more than 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

- Only female candidates from FMCG or Manufacturing sectors

- Candidate must be CA qualified (preferably cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt)
