Vodafone India Services - Vice President - Finance Manager

About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to provide end-to-end financial partnering across Corporate Information Systems, Channels & Digital Engineering, Vodafone Business IT, and AIDA within the VSOL IT & Digital organization. The individual will manage P&L performance, including Opex, recoveries, Capex, and depreciation, while driving financial governance, operational insights, and strategic decision support for senior leadership teams.

What you'll do?

1. Manage financial controls and ensure robust governance across all in-scope functions.

2. Lead high-quality financial insight, analysis, and challenge for Corporate Information Systems, Corporate Platforms, Channels & Digital Engineering, Vodafone Business IT, and AIDA.

3. Oversee full FPA responsibilities for in-scope VSOL Digital & IT functions, including consolidated month-end reporting and budgeting cycles.

4. Act as a trusted business partner to functional senior leadership teams and their direct reports, providing timely financial guidance and strategic support.

5. Serve as a consultant for all finance-related queries, coordinating with wider finance teams when required.

6. Build and strengthen relationships with VSOL Finance Operations, FPA, and Tax teams, acting as the central point of contact for the functions supported.

7. Manage senior stakeholder expectations and contribute to target-setting, cost reduction initiatives, and recovery optimization.

8. Establish and enhance processes and systems that support organizational changes and improve efficiency.

9. Support special projects and ad-hoc financial initiatives as needed.

10. Deliver month-end and forecast outputs in line with the VSOL Governance Calendar.

11. Provide comprehensive month-end performance briefings to the VSOL Finance Director, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Function CIOs.

12. Should have Technology background experience ( from Tech companies / Tech Service Providers)

13. Strong experience in finance operations, Opex recovery, Capex recovery, Commercial P&L, intercompany

14. Experience in managing Capex investment

15. Manage complete capex spendings.
