Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Tech (primarily) and Non-tech mandates.
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to attend to their hiring mandates.
- In the process ensure adherence to timelines and onboard qualified professionals that align to our company's value and culture.
- Adhere to the set recruitment processes while proactively contributing to up-scaling, aligning to the evolving org. level requirements.
- Contribute as a TA partner to stakeholders and provide manpower planning solutions to ensure business deliverables are well managed.
- Maintain the candidate experience at the centre of the entire hiring process.
- This includes timely communication through the recruitment journey.
- Work closely with the local and global HR team to align to the overall HR functioning while also seeking opportunities to participate in projects outside of Talent Acquisition.
Skills & Competencies:
- Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience of which at least 3 years of handling Tech mandates.
- Proficient of working on any Recruitment ATS and well versed with MS Office.
- Efficient in people management, detailed and structured approach.
- Prior experience of working on RPO model would be an added advantage.
- Well spoken, confident individual and ability to multi-task.
