Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and manage a portfolio of key accounts in both the US and Indian markets.
- Take full ownership of the P&L responsibility for the assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders at client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to deliver maximum value.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to achieve and exceed sales, retention, and satisfaction goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of your team members.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of internal teams, including sales, delivery, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 7-12 years of progressive experience in B2B account management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large, high-value accounts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience at a Director-level or similar leadership role, with a minimum of 2 years in managing and leading a team.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the business landscape and client expectations in both the US and Indian markets.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, business-oriented
mindset.
