Job Title: B2B Sales Manager - US Market.

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30pm to 3:30am ).

Experience Required: 7+ Years in B2B Sales (with proven US market experience).

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a result-driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the US market.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to closure.

- This is a Hyderabad-based role that requires working in US business hours.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years selling into the US market.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of US B2B sales processes, negotiation, and consultative selling.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.

- Ability and willingness to work US night shifts from the Hyderabad office.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
